OBEC’S Premium bedding are made from virgin spruce and pine, producing less dust than most wood shavings. The truck is weighed before and after processing to ensure you receive exactly the amount of wood shavings promised. Our wood shavings are screened with three sizes of mesh to ensure an immaculate end product.
RIP-O-BEC’s unique quality control process also ensures that any large chunks are removed. Our wood shavings are kiln-dried at a constant temperature to control humidity and maximize softness, and then stored for 24 hours before bagging. We use an automated system to pack wood shavings into waterproof bags. Bags may be palletized or floor-loaded directly onto the truck.
